A wonderful stay from beginning to end. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well prepared, and the self-check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Normunds, Reinis and the team were friendly, responsive and very accommodating when our plans changed. Communication was excellent throughout, and they genuinely cared that everything went smoothly. This was a lovely apartment. It was immaculate and tasteful. It was easy to find and peaceful. I had immediate responses to my questions. The layout worked well for us. It was ideally placed to walk into both the Old Town and Art Nouveau area and by a very pretty park. The only thing I would say is that there is no obvious convenience store near by so be sure to buy any groceries when you are out and about. Une localisation parfaite à Riga

☺Appartement idéalement situé dans un quartier élégant et calme (architecture art nouveau, magnifiques parcs, ambassades, nombreux restaurants).
Transports publics à proximité. La veille ville est accessible à pied en quelques minutes.
L'appartement de deux chambres est spacieux et bien équipé (lave-linge, fer à repasser). Les lits sont confortables. Il est parfaitement calme. L'équipement de la cuisine est suffisant pour préparer un repas simple.
Sur réservation, il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la cour fermée par un portail.
L'hôte a accepté avec obligeance un check-out à midi.

☺Mieszkanie było duże , 4 oddzielne sypialnie bez problemu pomieściły 8osobowa grupę. Jasne i czytelne wskazówki co do zameldowania . Właścicielka pomocna. Nie było problemu z późniejszym zameldowaniem.
Dzięki trzem lazienkom nie było kolejek do toalety.

☺Cozy and comfortable apartment in a great location, right in the heart of Riga’s beautiful Art Nouveau district. The surrounding streets are full of stunning architecture - some of the most impressive buildings are literally just around the corner. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We stayed here with my wife and daughter and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again on our future visits to Riga.

☺This was a large spacious apartment. There is a washing machine that was a great way to get laundry done during a 17 day trip.

For people with mobility issues: This apartment is in a building with an elevator. But there are still 4-5 steps from the street level to the front door of the building. And then another 4-5 steps from the building lobby to the elevator.

☹This isn't a dislike, just more of a "good to know". This apartment is NOT in the old town area of Riga. It is in what's called downtown which is an area of the city that was built in the late 1800's/early 1900's. ☺Το δωμάτιο είχε όλες τις παροχές που θέλαμε.Ήταν 17 λεπτά με τα πόδια έως το μνημείο της ελευθερίας.

☹Λόγω του ότι επισκεφθηκαμε την Ρίγα τον Αύγουστο και είχε σχετική ζέστη το δωμάτιο δεν διαθέτει κλιματισμό ούτε ανεμιστήρα και τα παράθυρα αν τα είχαμε ανοιχτά λόγω του ότι είναι σε κεντρικό δρόμο είχε αρκετή φασαρία.Επίσης,μας ζητήθηκε κατά την έξοδο μας να έχουμε πλύνει ότι είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί από τα είδη κουζίνας και να πετάξουμε τα σκουπίδια κάτι που θεώρησα υπερβολικό.

☹Mi megszoktuk a szélesebb ágyakat,de a nappaliban lévő kanapét kihúzva tudtunk külön aludni,egymást nem zavarva.Nincs klíma,ezért most meleg volt a lakás.Mivel nagyon a központban van,nyitott ablaknál zajos,de jó hangszigetelésűek az ablakok,így nem volt zavaró az utca fogalma.Mi a 31-es lakásban voltunk 2 éjszakát,az 5. emeleten,de vannak belső udvarra néző lakások is,amik csendesebbek,de nem tudom,hogy azokat ki üzemelteti.A kódokkal nyitható kapu és az ajtó is rosszul működött,telefonálni kellett,hogy új kódokat küldjenek.A padló poros volt,én mostam fel,mert mezítláb kellemetlen volt a talpunkra ragadt portól.Meglepett,hogy vendégként velünk vitetik le a szemetet az udvari gyűjtőbe.

Le studio est situé dans le quartier Art Nouveau dans un immeuble entièrement rénové et principalement dédié à la location saisonnière. J’ai apprécié le calme (l’immeuble est dans une arrière cour), le confort de la literie (même si c’est un canapé lit) et la fonctionnalité du studio (cuisine très bien équipée). Tout est à proximité, 15 minutes à pied du centre médiéval et de la gare ferroviaire, et 5 minutes d’un supermarché. Wir durften unser Gepäck vor dem Einchecken und nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten, noch im Storage room lassen.

☺Bardzo fajna lokalizacja dla lubiących  spokój od turystycznego zgiełku starówki, zaraz obok najpiękniejszej secesji ryskiej. Piękny park tuż za rogiem i fajne kafejki - w pełnej dyplomatów dzielnicy. Mieszkanko w sam raz na wygodne przenocowanie i przygotowanie własnego posiłku, miło, że zadbano o sprzęt kuchenny, sól, pieprz, olej, oliwę,  spory zestaw herbat (tylko 2 noclegi), kawę rozpuszczalną.  Przy pralce wystarczający zapas środkow do prania. Ze względów bezpieczeństwa- okna w sypialniach na stałe zamknięte, ale działają wywietrzniki, zadbano o ciemne zasłony  poprawiające komfort snu. Miłym zaskoczeniem gorący (początek sierpnia, łazienka bez okna) miniaturowy kaloryferek ścienny, idealny do podsuszenia ręczników- po 3 różnej wielkości ręczniki na osobę. Ogólnie bardzo ccho, mieszkanie od podwórka, jedynie super wrażliwi mogą źle zareagować na trzaskające drzwi wejściowe do tej części kamienicy. Bardzo wyraźne instrukcje  bezobsługowego zameldowania i wymeldowania, nie zrażać się mechanizmem wyciągania klucza do drzwi ze schowka, trzeba mocno pociągnąć do siebie szarą część po wprowadzeniu kodu. Personel spełnia dodatkowe prośby. Można przechować bagaże poza czasem zakwaterowania- bardzo pomocne, bezpieczne i możliwość skorzystania z toalety w dodatku. Dziękuję za miły i komfortowy pobyt.

☹To nie wada, ale jeśli na pobyt w mieszkaniu zdecyduje się  4-5 osobowa grupa/rodzina, mogłoby zabraknąć zastawy stołowej i krzeseł przy stole. W małej sypialni pod łóżkiem " nocowały" czyjeś zapomniane skarpetki.

☺Labai erdvus, jaukus ir stilingai įrengtas butas pačiame Rygos centre renovuotame istoriniame name. Į butą patenkame savarankiškai, nereikia šeimininkų. Labai saugi aplinka, veikia liftas. Iki Laisvės statulos 10-15 min. pėsčiomis. Bute yra viskas ko reikia trumpai ar ilgesnei viešnagei. Taip pat rasite kavos, arbatos, cukraus. Šalia yra kavinių, maisto parduotuvė. Tiesa, vietos mašinai reikia paieškoti šalia esančiose gatvėse, tai kainuoja papildomai. Atvykome vakarop, tai mokėjome tik už kitos dienos ryto porą valandų.

☹Galbūt tai ne apartamentų savininkų tvarka, bet labai nepatiko ilga užsiregistravimo online sistema. Prašo visų svečių asmeninių ir dokumentų duomenų, nors pakaktų tik užsakymą darančiojo. Kitose vietose taip ir yra - registruoja vieno iš šeimos duomenimis. Kaina šiek tiek aukštoka.

☺The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated. It feels luxurious. It's clean and comfortable. Wifi is good. It's in the perfect location in the Art Nouveau district between Albierta and Elisabeta streets. There are lots of shops and restaurants just outside the door. It's within walking distance of the Old Town. Communication with the host is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in this bright, spacious apartment. We were two couples traveling with our 9-month-old baby, and it suited us perfectly.The location is excellent, in a charming neighborhood with a relaxed, bohemian vibe, surrounded by great cafés and restaurants. There’s also a well-stocked supermarket nearby, and the free parking was a big plus. The Old Town is only about a 15-minute walk through a beautiful park.Although the apartment is on the third floor, it wasn’t an issue, we simply left our stroller on the ground floor. Stayed with my family of four and really enjoyed our time. The location was one of the biggest highlights. It’s in a great neighborhood that’s very walkable, and we were able to reach Old Town in about 15 minutes on foot. Having parking in the courtyard was also a huge bonus since we took day trips to Sigulda and Jūrmala. It was so nice to come back at the end of the day and know we had a guaranteed parking spot.The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for our family. The only thing that could use a little updating is the bathroom, but it was perfectly usable and didn’t take away from our stay. Gut ausgesstattetes Appartement in guter  zentrale Lage

☺Die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, einige ausländische Botschaften in der Nähe, trotzdem recht zentral mit Busanbindung in der Nähe. Supermarkt und ein kleiner Verkaufsladen ebenfalls sehr nah. 
Es war insgesamt gut ausgestattet, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war alles vorhanden.
Gewöhnungsbedürftig waren die vielen Codes bis zum Schlüssel des Appartement, aber in der tgl. Nutzung dann okay.

☹Das Bad war eher klein und hatte eine Badewanne. Eine Dusche wäre praktischer auf Grund der räumlichen Gegebenheiten.

We had an excellent stay! The location is brilliant because it sits right in the center, but remains quiet enough to get a peaceful sleep. Everything is incredibly well-equipped. I am quite sensitive to the cold, so the heated floor in the bathroom was the perfect addition during coldish rainy days. Our host was also very proactive and highly responsive. Très bel appartement tout en haut d'un immeuble dans un quartier plein de boutiques intéressantes, avec un tramway en bas de la maison pour aller au centre de Riga. Lits confortables, terrasse côté cours très agréable et cuisine très bien équipée. Tout est propre et bien entretenu.Concernant le parking, nous avons trouvé le monte charge très ludique. Es war alles super beschrieben und der Host hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt, aber durch die tolle Beschreibung haben wir sie sofort gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hell. Genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Terrasse bietet eine angenehme Möglichkeit um seinen Tag draußen zu beginnen.Direkt in und um unsere Straße gab es schon einige tolle Restaurants und Supermärkte.
