The apartment was more than I expected. Very clean, high ceilings, in a renovated building with lift. Check in and check out process was very simple. It was also very warm considering it was -14C outside at the time of my stay. Would love to come back again. The hosts were very helpful!

  • Check-in / check-out
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. All of our apartments are equipped with a self-service check-in system - we will send you apartment access instructions 2-4 days before your arrival time regarding important information with included illustrations. It is also important to let us know your planned arrival time as well as the planned check-out time so we can plan our schedule accordingly. In case you arrive in the city very early or if you have a late departure, please do let us know so we can provide you with access information to our luggage room which is located in the same building. Bearsleys reception office is located at Lāčplēša street 13 - entrance B. Our office hours is 10 AM – 5 PM
  • Parking
    We do not offer guest parking at this location. Here are some other available options: Parking lots - a few parking lot services are offered by the EuroPark company. You can pay for parking at the parking meter often by card, but mostly you can pay for your parking through their app. You can read more about EuroPark parking here: https://www.europark.lv Street parking is free of charge on workdays until 8 AM and after 8 PM. Saturdays are free of charge until 9 AM and after 5 PM. On Sundays and National Holidays, it is free all day. Knights Apartments are located in Zone C. To pay for street parking you can download the app Mobilly or pay by card at the parking meters.   • Airport taxi transfer
    You can book an airport transfer service by contacting Bearsleys reception. You will need to provide the necessary information: - Guest full first and last name - Arrival date and time, - Country you are travelling from, - Flight number, - Number of people arriving. At arrivals, the driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, as well as escort you to the car and drive you to your booked apartment. The price for a standard car (capacity up to 4 people) is 25 - 30 EUR. The prices may vary depending on the traffic at the time. You can pay with Credit Card or cash to the taxi driver.
  • Luggage room
    We do not have a luggage room unit in this location. In case you arrive in the city very early or if you have a late departure, please do let us know so we can provide you with access information to our nearest luggage room at Lāčplēša street 13. It's a 5 - 10 minute taxi drive from the apartment building.
  • City tourism tax
    Starting from the 1st of January 2023, Riga has implemented a tourism tax, which is €1 for 1 person per night, a maximum of 10 nights in a row. This tax cannot reach more than €10 per person and is not applied to guests under the age of 18. You can read more information about it here: https://pip.riga.lv/en/municipal-fee-for-tourists/
  • WiFi
    Wi-Fi is available in in all apartments and is free of charge. You will find a laminated information sheet containing WiFi information (such as the WiFi name and password).
  • Cleaning
    For every guest who stays longer than 7 days, we offer cleaning that’s included in the price. It includes linen and towel change and overall tidying up of the apartment. It takes around 1.5 hours and the guest would need to be out of the apartment during this time. If a guest would like to request a cleaning service yet is staying less than 7 days - a single-time cleaning service costs €30.
  • Pets
    Pets at Knights Apartments are welcome! If you plan to bring a pet or multiple pets with you to the apartment, please note it's a €30 pet fee for the whole stay. For longer stays, the guests needs to pay a safety deposit - it depends on the lenght of the stay.   • Smoking
    We respectfully request that our guests do not smoke in our apartments and instead use the outdoor smoking area. Please be aware that all Bearsleys Apartments are non-smoking. If the act of smoking in the apartment has been detected, we charge a fine of €200 as compensation from the guest. This fine covers the deep cleaning of the apartment, bed linens, furniture etc.
  • Children
    Since all of our apartments differ in size and space, not all of our apartments are available for families with children (infants and toddlers). Knights Apartments does not offer baby beds and is not recommended for young children or infants due to the small size of apartments in this location. Taking into account the maximum capacity for these apartments are 2 adults, we do not encourage choosing these apartments if you have a young child with you yet if it's okay with you - we do not mind. Please contact us in advance to book the right apartment for you if you are travelling with a little one, to ensure the best comfort and neccecities.
